We build your case file and submit the claim. This is typically 8 to 15 pages per claimant and can include affidavits, declarations, pleadings, birth/death/marriage certificates etc… Sometimes opening probate is required after the claim is filed.

There are but you don’t have to pay for them. We front all the money needed to cover the costs including attorney fees, filing fees, court costs, notaries etc.
